AiGentic Lab — Website Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for using https://aigenticlab.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Analytium Ltd (trading as AiGentic Lab), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 10214873, VAT GB248508389) with its registered office at 86—90, 4th Floor, Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE ("AiGentic", "we", "us"). By browsing, downloading or otherwise using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
- You must be at least 18 years old and act lawfully.
- Do not misuse the Site by introducing malware, scraping, hacking or infringing our intellectual property.
- We may update, suspend or withdraw the Site at any time without notice.
2. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, videos, code and trademarks on the Site are owned by or licensed to AiGentic. You may view, share and print pages for your own internal business or personal use. Any other reproduction, modification or redistribution requires our prior written consent.
3. Prices & Purchasing
If the Site displays prices for consultancy packages or events, those prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated. Full payment terms will be shown at checkout or on an invoice. Separate terms govern our Academy platform, newsletters and event ticket sales.
4. Privacy (Main Site Only)
We collect only the personal data you choose to provide via contact forms (e.g. name, email, company) plus basic usage data (e.g. IP address, browser type). We use this information to:
- respond to enquiries;
- analyse traffic and improve the Site;
- send occasional marketing updates where lawful to do so.
We keep data secure, never sell it, and honour your rights under the UK GDPR. For our Academy, community or newsletter platforms, dedicated privacy notices apply.
5. Disclaimers
The Site contains general information about AI and our services. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on as such. We provide the Site "as is" and do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete or up‑to‑date, nor that the Site will always be available or free from errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to that, AiGentic will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Site is capped at £1,000.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "effective date". Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
